Return and Refund Policy

At ChakraVibe, we place a high importance on customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to return it for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. All products must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. Jewelry with any modification or signs of wear cannot be accepted for refund.

Return Instructions:

  1. Return the item(s) in the original packaging accompanied by a completed Return Form [PDF].
  2. Use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) to ship the items to us, and keep the receipt. This will cover the value of your jewelry in the event that it is lost in transit.
  3. Ship to:

  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a check within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges are not refunded. Customers returning a partial order will be refunded for the returned items only.
