Tattoo Story {beauty is all around us}

Beauty……I grew up believing it was only something you could see.  Something that perhaps was not always present and that was sometimes only visible to the human eye.

Maybe something that I didn’t have????? Yoga has taught me many things, but most importantly that beauty is all around us, on the inside as well perhaps as on the outside.

It may not always be tangible or visible , but sometimes just a feeling you get when your are in your perfect trikonasana - the beauty you feel is so amazing it brings tears to your eyes.  My tattoo is a constant reminder of the beauty that is all around me, every moment, every breath and most importantly that true beauty lies within the heart.

We then are all equal and all beautiful!
