Chakra Exchange
Anodea Judith’s half hour guided meditation through the Chakras, was for me, one of the highlights of the Vancouver Yoga Conference & Show. Her dynamic energy, descriptive dialog 
and metaphors, provided a vivid, inward journey exploring all seven chakras.
Starting at the base chakra, shooting roots to the earth, moving energy upwards to the crown chakra, expanding toward the heavens. A half hour of bliss, feeling centered, balanced and energized. I had the pleasure of meeting Anodea and expressed how much I enjoyed the meditation.
