Where does your jewelry come from?

All ChakraVibe items are carefully hand-assembled in Canada by individuals who are paid fairly for their work. Like most handmade articles, no two ChakraVibe pieces are 100% alike. You may find slight variations between them, making each piece unique and one of a kind.

Do you do custom orders?

If you see a piece you like but require a longer or shorter version, than what is available, simply email us with your request at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will try to accommodate your request.

We can also do some slight design modification to a piece if you order 10 pieces or more.


How do I know whether ChakraVibe has received my order?

Whenever you place an order with ChakraVibe Inc., you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order immediately.


Do you have a Guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to return it for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.
